In his speech on the occasion of the opening of the Arab summit (No. 26) today ( Saturday ) said the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, said on Saturday that the “so-called Arab Spring, result nothing but instability.. and we have introduced in the complicated calculations
He said in his speech to the Conference, which was launched in Sharm el-Sheikh, north-east of Egypt, under the slogan “Seventy years of joint Arab action” and published by the agency “Anatolia”: “The so-called Arab Spring has not resulted in him only instability and declining rates of development”, before adding: “Arab Spring, we have introduced in the complex calculations at all levels.”
